Information panel: show string arrays

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:20420-string-in-information-tab into master

pqProxyInformationWidget (and vtkPVArrayInformation) now have ability to show upto 6 string values from string arrays.

Fixes #20420 (closed).
