Sync to the updated NVIDIA IndeX release:

  • Header files are updated, but there are no functional changes in the plugin.
  • nvidia_index_paraview_plugin.pdf.sha512 is updated to the hash of doc/nvidia_index_paraview_plugin.A4.pdf delivered as part of 329100.8100.3009. Please confirm that this is the correct approach.

Please merge this also to master.
