Fix ParallelPythonImport test.

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:fix_ParallelPythonImport into master

VTK_PYTHONPATH variable is no longer available. Simply letting pvbatch set the environment variables makes this test more robust and still test the availability of mpi4py.
