Fix location for default_servers.pvsc

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:20175-default_servers-location into master

Since we stopped supporting shared-forwarding on linux, the location for default_servers.pvsc inadvertently changed to bin instead of lib. This fixes that. It now supports both locations since we have few releases now that use the bin location instead.
