Export OpenVR viewpoints and LODs to VTK.js

Add ability to export OpenVR viewpoints, texture LODs, and poly LODs to VTK.js via the OpenVR plugin.

This MR depends on this one in VTK. Using it requires this PR in VTK.js, and this PR in paraview glance.
