Cinema export now tests

@demarle @dhr I moved !3373 (closed) up to the release branch

This is three simple use-cases to test exporting cinema databases interactively and with a batch script.

The two tests that dump images are disable on Windows, because I cannot get them to work locally. #19199 (closed)
