Resolve "Crash when closing views"

Cory Quammen requested to merge cory.quammen/paraview:18616-view-closing-crash into master

Use smart pointer to hold reference to view

This prevents garbage collection from freeing the view after it is destroyed by the pqObjectBuilder. It is still needed briefly when the pqMultiViewWidget is reloaded after the layout is modified.

In addition, fixed incorrect collapsing of views when views are deleted in certain layouts.
