[WIP] Add option Persitent Labels to try conserve same labels over selections

This features add a new checkbox "Persistent Labels" in the Selection Display Inspector panel. When activated, ParaView tries to use same cell and points label parameters (visibility and array name) when a new selection is performed on another output port. Note that this new "Persistent Labels" option is saved in ParaView settings.
