Bring back ColorMaps.xml

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:pvweb_compatibility_fixes into master

ParaViewWeb currently relies on ColorMaps.xml. Bringing it back just for that sake. We'll need to update ParaViewWeb to use the new presets.
