Help QT assistant fails to launch.

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

If you you install a ParaView 3.6 binary and then launch paraview by clicking on paraview.exe in c:\Program Files\ParaView-3.6.1\bin\ and then try to run help from either the Help Menu or hitting F1, the QT assistant will fail to launch.

This also happens if you launch paraview.exe from the command line after cd'ing to c:\Program Files\ParaView-3.6.1\bin\

If you run paraview from the installed shortcut all is well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
