Selections mess up rendering with plots

ParaView trunk, XP client, 6 pvservers.
Load can.exo, all variables, apply.
Surface with edges.
Select point on the base of the plate.
Filters/ Data Analysis/ Plot selection over time. Apply.
Click on the 3d window again.
<> Select Point - select another point. Notice that the blue line, bottom right, will jump.
<> Select Point - select a different point again. The base of the plate will flash with white areas.
I think this should be fixed for 3.6.
