(Venus - High) Plot axis user supplied ranges don't work

Plots, user defined axis range does not work.
ParaView trunk, local server, XP. Open disk_out_ref.exo. Turn all variables on, apply. Filters/ Data Analysis/ Plot over Line. Apply. Right click on the XY plot, Left Axis, Layout. Specify the axis range, Minimum 400, Maximum 500. Apply/OK.
<> - the Y axis range was not changed.
This must be fixed for 3.6.
