Bunyk/Z-sweep volume rendering has clipping issues when camera close to volume.

Volume rendering under Bunyk rat-casting and Z sweep have strange behavior. This can be seen local client, as follows:
- ParaView 3.4.0 branch.
- Ask me for ProblemState.pvsm, my data directory, linux side.
- Load this state file.
- Bunyk ray casting and Z-sweep have a strange artifact. The front of the picture is grey, the back is volume rendered, as expected. But, Projected Tetra looks OK. HAVS doesn't work, which is a different bug report.
