(MARS-high) Transform filter does not work on multi-block data

When a multi-block dataset is selected in the pipeline browser, the transform filter cannot be applied to it.
We'd like to ability to transform multi-block datasets (or multiple input datasets through multiple selection in the pipeline browser) to enable animations of the dataset rotating.
