Save Cache Geometry flag

The status of the Cache Geometry flag and the Cache Limit value are not saved across instances of ParaView.
These values should be moved to the Applications Setting dialog and saved in the settings file like everything else in that dialog. This move will kill two birds with one stone. It will save the options and it mean that just about everything in the Animation Inspector will be duplicated elsewhere, and thus that panel can be removed from ParaView.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
