Server/manager objects for accessing model metadata

Issue #4946 requests metadata be added to the vtkExodusIIReader. This issue further requests the metadata to be accessible via ParaView ServerManager objects so that it can be displayed in the Exodus reader panel.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
