X axis for XY plot on CSV data with zero values, zeroes out at 5.55e-17 instead of zero (window/viewport dependent)

Note: I have not tested this on Linux, it shows on my Windows build.
When loading CSV data (see below, and attached image) to show in XY plot, that has zero values in curve, the X-axis zeroes out at -5.55e-17, instead of 0.
However, resizing the window fixes it, so it appears to be some sort of viewport scaling issue, and obviously is more annoying than urgent bug.
