X Axis / Y Axis / Z Axis buttons not useful for Line source

When you create a Line source, the [X|Y|Z] Axis buttons are not useful. They fill the point coordinate entry boxes with garbage values. This is happening because this widget needs an input dataset so it can use its bounds in setting the values from the [X|Y|Z] Axis buttons. These buttons should either be removed from the GUI for the Line source, or we should create default values for the widget to use when there is no input dataset.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
