View not updated when saving animation

When I save out an animation, I expect some feedback about the progress of the animation. In PV 2, each rendering would be written back to the front frame buffer so that the animation would play out in the user's GUI while it was being recorded. We should replicated this behavior in PV 3.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
