Reader chooser dialog

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

There are two simple things wrong with the reader chooser dialog box. The first is that the title to the box is simply "Dialog". It should be meaningful (choose file type).

The second issue is that when you double click on an entry, it should be equivalent to selecting OK. Right now, it does nothing other than select the entry.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
