Client side delivery dataset type change

Need to make it possible for the vtkReductionFilter within the SMGenericViewDisplayProxy to change the output type. An the vtkAppendFilter will change the output type to an unstructured grid. Trying to fetch a image data in parallel will then result in an error and inconsistant results.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
