Missing Information dialog annoying

In the edit link dialog box (shown when "Add" or "Edit" is selected in the "Link Manager" dialog), if you click on the "OK" button when some information is missing (like a name or object selections), it pops up a dialog box to tell the user the settings are invalid.
That behavior is irritating. Instead, disable the OK button until the user has completed filling out the dialog.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
