file dialog adds .* as file extension

open a file dialog to save something, and choose the "All Files " fiter. Type in a name with no extension (haven't tried with one), and it incorrectly appends . on the name.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
