State loading bugs

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Load the attached state and then disconnect and load the state again. You will get errors like:

ERROR: In /Users/berk/work/ParaView3/Servers/Common/vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager.cxx, line 165 vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager (0x27b48150): Invalid connection ID: 5

ERROR: In /Users/berk/work/ParaView3/Servers/Common/vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager.cxx, line 165 vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager (0x27b48150): Invalid connection ID: 5

ERROR: In /Users/berk/work/ParaView3/Servers/Common/vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager.cxx, line 165 vtkProcessModuleConnectionManager (0x27b48150): Invalid connection ID: 6

Also, one Windows, loading the state produces the following errors:

QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPixmap::fromWinHBITMAP(), failed to get bitmap bits QPainter::begin(), paintdevice returned engine == 0, type: 2

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
