SNL: CTH Extract Part 'lockup'/crash

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

The CTH ExtractPart filter will lock up or crash if the user removes one of the materials from the reader.

Replicate: Start up client server (1 node). Open 3D_AMR/spcth.0 and turn on both material fractions. Run ExtractCTHPaths (just hit accept), now go to reader remove fraction-0 and the server will crash.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
