SNL: CTH Distance measurement probe between points

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

It would be nice to have an easy way to measure the distance between two points in a CTH dataset. Ideally, a user would put in point numbers and get distance. In Exodus there is the option of using the line probe, but that doesn't seem to be available for CTH data.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
