SNL: Flat shading on polygons ruins PT

If you have a surface and a volume rendered with PT on at the same time, and the surface is rendered with flat shading, the volume rendering is wrong.
The problem is probably that the OpenGL state is change to do flat shading, and never changed back for the PT algorithm, which needs smooth interpolation.
