State Loader should load subproxy IDs.

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

When a proxy saves its state, it also saves the IDs for its subproxies in the XML. The state loader should be able to read these IDs. The advatage of this being that if any subproxy (of a proxy) is set as the value for a proxy property on any proxy, then the state can be loaded failthfully. Otherwise, if will fail since there is know means for the loader to know that the particular ID corresponds to a particular subproxy of a particular proxy.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
