SNL: vtkDataSetTriangleFilter wastes time/mem on tet grids

If you give vtkDataSetTriangleFilter an unstructured grid that has only simplexes, it should simply pass the data. Instead, the filter appears to process every cell.
This is especially important for volume rendering, as time and memory is wasted "converting" tetrahedra to tetrahedra when rendering an unstructured grid with only tetrahedra.
