[Some] VisIt Bridge readers do not read time data

Description

Pretty much as in the title. I don't think ParaView is reading in the time data for [some] of the filetypes read in using the VisIt Bridge. In particular, I can reproduce this with a Chombo HDF5 file. This issue is related to #14544 (closed) (though that one was closed by a bot a long time ago).

Steps to reproduce

1. Open plt00400.h5 with ParaView and select "VisIt Chombo Reader".
2. Select the "Information" tab on the left.
3. Observe that there is nothing in the "Time" section. The time stored in the file (in /time) is 40.0.

FWIW, VisIt 3.3.3 displays the time for this file.

Configuration

• Operating system and version: Fedora Linux 40 KDE
• ParaView executable and version: GUI client (paraview), 5.13.1 (downloaded from ParaView website)
• ParaView configuration: standalone client
