Spreadsheet View does not update at time step 0

The Spreadsheet View does not seem to be updating when the timestep is changed to time 0. I have observed this in version 5.12.0, 5.12.1, and 5.13.0-RC1. I see this on Mac, but I have not tried other platforms.

To replicate, do the following:

1. Load can.ex2. Apply.
2. Split the view and create a spreadsheet view. It should now be showing the data for can.ex2 at the first time step.
3. Go to the last timestep. Both the 3D view and the spreadsheet will be updated.
4. Go back to the first timestep. The 3D view gets updated, but the spreadsheet does not.

It looks like the spreadsheet gets updated on every timestep except for timestep 0.
