Add decorator to show / hide Property depending on availability of input FieldData in DataSet

It should be useful to have a new decorator to toggle Property visibility depending on the FieldData types supported by the input DataSet.

It may be used for PassArray or ArrayRename filter. For instance we want to hide Vertex / Edge / Row properties when applying on an ImageData, instead of seeing all of them, as on master:
