Spack build of paraview@master fails with 'Could not find the SEACASIoss external dependency.'

Last night (8/3/21), our spack builds of paraview@master
failed with:
CMake Warning at VTK/CMake/vtkModule.cmake:4360 (find_package):
By not providing "FindSEACASIoss.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project
has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by
"SEACASIoss", but CMake did not find one.

SEACASIossConfig.cmake
seacasioss-config.cmake
Add the installation prefix of "SEACASIoss" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"SEACASIoss_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If
"SEACASIoss" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
been installed.

This error happened across the board, so it should be reproducible with just spack install paraview@master
.
I'm guessing we need to let paraview build SEACASIoss
, or is there a spack package that is preferred?
