package module_mpi with the linux binaries

5.9.0 PVSB can build OSPRay's module MPI extension, but Kitware's binaries do not have it turned on. If the Linux binaries included it users could very easily use it (via environment variables no less) to accelerate high fidelity rendering on clusters like so:

export OSPRAY_LOAD_MODULES=mpi export OSPRAY_DEVICE=mpiOffload mpiexec -n 1 paraview --no-mpi : -n ospray_mpi_worker
