Command line parsing in ParaView

ParaView’s command line is often used to pass control parameters to the executables. Over the years the list of command line arguments has grown considerably. The current implementation, however, is quite dated and does not support features like grouping and formatting help messages. This task involves modernizing the command line parsing infrastructure in ParaView.
