Add filter that combines several scalar arrays into a single vector array

We have numerous filters (the ones I know of are below) that ingest vectors:

  • Warp by Vector
  • Glyph
  • Streamtracer

Please add a filter that can combine several single-component data arrays into a single vector data array.
