Add ability to write cinema recolorable images with the extracts generator

ParaView should have the capability to save recolorable images and cinema databases with recolorable images using the extract generators. Those should also be readable using the viewers available in the cinemasci third party library.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
