Cinema: cinemasci viewers' html files missing in binary

@utkarsh.ayachit @cory.quammen

@patchett2002 @dhr so you're aware

The 5.9.0-RC1 binary (for at least macos) does not have the html files needed by the cinemasci viewers.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download and install/mount binary from paraview.org (https://www.paraview.org/paraview-downloads/download.php?submit=Download&version=v5.9&type=binary&os=macOS&downloadFile=ParaView-5.9.0-RC1-MPI-OSX10.13-Python3.8-64bit.dmg)
  2. Look in the viewers directory for the html files
ls /Applications/ParaView-5.9.0-RC1.app/Contents/Python/paraview/tpl/cinemasci/viewers/
__init__.py

Same directory in a master build:

ls ~/projects/paraview/master-build/lib/python3.6/site-packages/paraview/tpl/cinemasci/viewers/
__init__.py          cinema               cinema_explorer.html cinema_view.html     citation.md          license.md           readme.md            test_explorer.html   test_view.html
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
