Volume Rendering a 2D Image crash Xorg server

Steps to reproduce :

  • run paraview
  • Open foot.mha (foot.mha foot.raw)
  • Switch to volume rendering

Xorg freeze completelly.

Can't be reproduce with a png or with a 2D wavelet. A simple fix for this would be to disable volume rendering for 2D image data.
