SaveStateAndScreenshot Plugin

@danlipsa has developed a plugin that allows a user to click one button that saves a pvsm and a screenshot in a configured directory with parameters that are held in state. This plugin should get checked into both master and 5.8.1 planned release for 5.8.1. @wascott you might be interested in this feature as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
