StreamTracer path length seems suspect

Paraview claims that various streamlines are terminated because they exceed the specified arc length. There seems to be some kind of a bug here, because there are much shorter lines that are still flagged as stopping for maximum length (condition 4). It looks like they might be stopping because of a maximum step limit, but not flagged as that, since they are in a slower flow area.
