Add Select by source

Please add the ability to select all cells that are intersected by a source, or points (near) a source. An example is a line. If I have a line source in a pipe, with fluid flowing through the pipe, I may want to select all of the cells that touch the line, or points that are near the line. I want the same thing for a Spline or Plane Source. Although this may be strange, maybe a filter that has two inputs?

This must be traceable, and work with Python.

This is for Watney.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
