AnimationView mode has incorrect behavior when loading a dataset with timesteps

AnimationView mode does not seem to behave correctly when loading a dataset with timesteps.

How to reproduce :

Open ParaView
View -> AnimationView
Open can.ex2, Apply
mode is set to "Snap to time steps", this is expected
set mode to "RealTime", play animation
Animation play as it was in sequence, BUG.
set mode to sequence, then set mode to back to RealTime, and play animation
Animation now plays correctly in Real Time
Add a clip filter, Apply
mode is back to "Snap to time steps", unexpected.
