vtkImageData filters not honouring extents

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

Filters such as vtkImageShrink3D cannot be used in Paraview because the extents are not handled correctly. SOmething in the piepline update sequence is not right. Information is not copied into the vtkI mageData afterwards.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
