Update VTK format guide (PDF)

The PDF that you can find via google search "vtk file format" should be updated to reflect the JSON meta file serie as well as listing the various field data that can be used for encoding real time information when used in time serie or catalyst channel name.

Those are just 2 fields that come to mind but if any other standard exist they should be listed as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
