add file number variable to Exodus

Please add the ability for ParaView to fill in a variable with the file number, at least in Exodus. When trying to debug large datasets, with thousands of files, it is extremely difficult to figure out that file is bad. If we mark each cell with the file it came from, it would make this much easier.

Please make this optional, and default off.
