Export charts with specific PDF/SVG exporters instead of GL2PS.

The newish vtkPDFExporter and vtkSVGExporter classes only work on Context2D scenes, but do a much better job of exporting these charts since the abstraction layer of GL2PS is removed.

We should expose these as part of the ParaView export framework, and only fallback to GL2PS for RenderView exports.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
