Clean up advanced color editor presets

Please cleanup the advanced color editor presets. Presets should go into logical sub folders, such as Rainbow, Linear, Divergent, etc. Also, possibly have a sub folder for all of the standard maps?

See http://sciviscolor.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/14/2017/10/Tutorial_Pt_3_Luminance.pptx.pdf for details on how to split up maps.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
