Add plugin to visualize results generated using XFEM with MOOSE

Idaho National Laboratory's MOOSE framework (http://www.mooseframework.org, https://github.com/idaholab/moose) includes an implementation of the extended finite element method (XFEM) based on the phantom node method. In this technique, elements cut by a strong discontinuity are replaced by two overlapping elements, each containing "physical" and "non-physical" parts of the domain. To correctly visualize the results, the non-physical parts need to be clipped from the domain. The following two images show the results before and after the clipping process, with the non-physical parts of the domain shown in gray before clipping:

I have developed a ParaView plugin for this purpose, which is currently hosted at: https://github.com/idaholab/XFEMParaviewPlugin I would like to get this added to the ParaView codebase so that users will not need to build ParaView from source to use this plugin.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
