CTH reader not respecting time

The VCR controls in the GUI are one click behind what it should be. These seems to be only happening with the Windows installer version and not Linux. Used PV 5.5 RC3. Steps to reproduce are:

  1. Load attached messeduptime.pvsm file
  2. Click on VCR controls to switch time step (note that the time in the Annotate Time Filter doesn't change).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
